Week 11-12/52

I am disappointed that I missed a week. I did take a few photos but not many and I didn't take the time to sit down and blog them. I have been dealing with a bad cold then Aubrey got it as well. Last week I also had double the amount of homework to do and a lot of appointments so that took some time away from some fun stuff.

The kids are on spring break now. We don't really have a ton of exciting things planned. This summer we will be doing lots of fun stuff so we are saving up for that since Durial has to still work this week. The kids and I will still get out and find some things to do, hopefully the weather will cooperate for us!

Last week I played around with some oil and water. I was not super happy with my results. I think I will be trying it again soon since I am trying to get some art for my kids' bathroom. I think the oil and water would look good in a bathroom.





I am not happy with this one either. It was windy out so the branch kept moving. This is the same tree that I have taken shots of before. This is just showing that spring is finally (hopefully) on the way. Though it sure doesn't feel like it today!



Hopefully I can do better next week and be able to show some stuff that I actually really like.
